Misenheimer Undergraduate Overview

Our traditional undergraduate campus in Misenheimer has a liberal arts focus that we think is is very important to build a foundation for learning for all students. Among our more popular majors right now are business management and leadership, exercise science. We have a nursing program, but we also offer humanities majors, and majors in the social sciences that are also extremely relevant. 

When we talk about the uniqueness of Pfeiffer University and Misenheimer. I think the thing that I would point to is what we refer to as the village. This is a small and tight knit community. And I think that does make us exceptional. I'm a part of the women's soccer and lacrosse teams at Pfeiffer, and this is the most supportive campus I've ever been on. Every single one of my friends has been at almost all of my games. I've caught a lot of my teachers, and my faculty, and the people that I work with in admissions at my games as well. So it's really awesome to see the support that comes from your faculty in the classroom and on the sideline. 

One thing that Pfeiffer gives, and really does well to help you with that a lot of schools don't-- is the financial aid. Between academic scholarships the school offers, scholarships like the honors program or Milton Rose-- You have need based grants, you have grants through the state, and as well as your FASFA. So the price tag may look big and daunting from the outside, but a lot of that ends up being covered by what the school has available.
